As some of you know, a couple months ago I acquired the Ghirardelli cook book. Thus, I've spent a bit working through recipes and enjoying the chocolaty results.

As of last night, I believe I finally discovered a new brownie recipe I approve of.

One that doesn't use a box. This book is fucking fantastic.

New baking recipes added to repertoire:
-Peppermint Brownies (which while it isn't as death by chocolate as my other brownies, makes up for it by having mint... which I love.)
-Chocolate torte x2 (one is deadly... like... seriously deadly.)
-Chocolate cupcakes (which need a frosting revamp)
-Chocolate souffle
-Hot chocolate x2 (one alcoholic, one flavored)
